An overwhelming majority of irregular workers in South Korea view their country as “unfair society.” In a survey of 1,243 irregular South Korean workers, 92.5% of respondents said their country is an “unfair society,” while 76.7% said the Moon Jae-in administration’s labor policies have been ineffective. Moreover, 69.7% said they don’t expect conditions to improve in 2020.
