400 Chinese snow artists create ice sculptures of Tiananmen Gate, the Colosseum, the Taj Mahal, and more at the Pyeongchang Alpensia Harbin Snow and Ice World Festival in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province. Due to warm temperatures, artificial snow had to be used and the festival’s official opening was pushed back a week, to Dec. 30. (Yonhap News)
